As with plenty others, I spend more time than I should on mindless apps and websites. One of those I like to go through is the Zillow app. It’s an app that shows what houses and lots are up for sale and usually has pictures along with it. Now the fun part is you can sort in your price range, the newest listings, x amount of bathrooms, etc.

So recently I wanted to see what the most expensive house in Brainerd was on the website. The answer?

A crisp $2,875,000 12,249 sqft property that has 8 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.
