Wind gusts of 20 to 30 mph are forecast along with low relative humidities of 15 to 25 percent. ...RED FLAG WARNING IN EFFECT FROM NOON TODAY TO 8 PM CDT THIS EVENING FOR WIND AND LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY FOR MUCH OF NORTHERN MINNESOTA...
