Grand Casino Mille Lacs will reopen on Monday at 9:00 a.m.

All workers and guests will be required to wear a mask. Masks will be available for purchase at the casino for $1. Any employee with a temperature over 100 will not be allowed to work and guests with a temp in the triple digits will not be allowed entrance.

New Entrance Procedures

  • All Guests must enter through the main casino entrance at each property.
  • They’ll be using non-invasive thermal cameras to scan your temperature. Associates will also have temperature checks before the start of each shift.
  • Anyone with a temperature over 100°F will be given a second screening. Nobody with a temperature of 100°F or higher will be allowed to enter. Anyone refusing a temperature reading will not be admitted.
  • Secondary screenings may also happen if Guests or Associates appear to have visible symptoms like coughing or difficulty breathing. The first responders at Grand Casino are trained to address any visible symptoms and direct the individual to the right care if needed.

Additionally, most of the gaming floor will reopen and be  smoke-free with some changes to allow for social distancing. Mille Lacs will have food options, but their sit-down restaurant will remain shuttered for the foreseeable future.
