Hubbard Community Cookbook: Bok Choy Salad

This Bok Choy Salad comes from the great mind of Kim Churack.

Chop together:

  • 1 large head of Bok Choy
  • 4 green onions with tops

Cook together:

  • ½ C Butter
  • 2 T sugar
  • ½ C Sesame Seeds
  • 2 3 oz. packages Ramen Noodles
  • 1 3oz. pkg sliced almonds

Dressing:

  • ¾ C Vegetable Oil
  • ¼ C Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 T Soy sauce
  • ¼ C Sugar

Put dressing on greens first, just before serving top with Cooked items.
