Baseball is unique for the fact that it is the only sport where getting ejected from the game is turned into a spectacle. This Fargo-Moorhead Redhawks player took a different approach to show his displeasure.
The Redhawks, who play in the American Association of Independent Professional Baseball, were playing a game against the Chicago Dogs (great name) when outfielder Brennan Metzger struck out looking. Metzger didn’t take that too well and got himself ejected. Nothing too crazy, right? Well here is what happened next:

That’s a 8.5/10 on the creativity scale with a bonus point added for the “go to your home” commentary added after.
Here is the full exchange below (warning it might be NSFW with some of the language that the camera picks up):
The Redhawks had some fun with it the next day, releasing a PSA from Metzger.

So after all that, there’s one more piece to this story. The Redhawks and Dogs played again the night after the trash can game, with another incident occurring. This time though, the Chicago Dogs manager Butch Hobson is the star of the video. Hobson gets tossed in the middle of the game, and does what any normal manager would do by taking third base out and giving it away to a kid. Just another day at the ballpark.
