A TikTok’er translated some of those tired clichés that companies use. For example, a “fast-paced working environment” really means, “You work weekends.”
“Our employees must be flexible” is “You’ll do three people’s jobs.” And, “This company has huge opportunity for growth” means “We pay in food scraps.”
