The buzz around a November 1st opening date for the Chipotle in Baxter has tamed a bit with this recent update…

With the city of Baxter approving a liquor license for the restaurant effective November 1st, 2019 many eager locals jumped to the conclusion that 11/1 was going to be the official opening… not so lucky. Some internet sleuthing has more of a mid-November feel to our first taste of barbacoa bliss.

It also appears as though there is a link to an unofficial countdown that has popped up as well.

So, we have waited this long, what’s another week or two…
