Brainerd Area Snowfall Projections Lowered To 10 Inches

It’s almost like the boy crying wolf… The massive snow totals and silly terms like ‘Snowmageddon’ now prove to be nothing more than click bait.

The National Weather Service has tempered total snow for our area to 10 inches.

The winter storm will bring more snow and wind today and tonight. The heaviest snow will fall across western Minnesota into northern Minnesota and northern Wisconsin.

The areas of snow and blowing snow are still going to limit visibility, but plain and simple, we are in the midst of a typical spring snowstorm.
