Join B93.3 for a live radio broadcast from the first Smiles For Jake event in 2022.
The Jake Haapajoki Memorial Cup is an annual 3v3 hockey tournament held in January. All entry fees, donations, and free-will offerings before and during the event are used to support the Smile Scholarship Fund, which awards scholarships to two deserving high school seniors.

TOURNEY DETAILS
The day consists of a 3v3 hockey tournament with four different divisions:
- 12 and under
- Novice (no hockey association experience, any age, any division)
- Intermediate (if you have a player that played organized hockey, but no HS hockey)
- Expert (HS hockey or above) or open to all
All games will be played in the Peterson family backyard rink and another outdoor rink about a 1/4 mile away (Dondelinger Rink @ Forestview). Winners of the tournament will get their team and player names on the infamous “Cup”!
There will be pizza, snacks and refreshments throughout the day and a free skate for those that would like to get on the ice without partaking in the tournament. Everyone is welcome!
